Will my jewellery tarnish or change colour?

Pieces from our Stainless Steel Collection are known for resisting tarnish and rust with everyday wear. Personalised pieces may be made from other materials, so please check each product's description and care notes.

Is it water-resistant?

Our stainless steel pieces are water-resistant and handle splashes and everyday wear. For all jewellery, avoid soaking, perfumes and chemicals, wipe dry and store in its box. Follow the care notes on each product.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, we deliver with Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan.

How does the Rs. 300 advance work?

Pay Rs. 300 in advance to confirm your order and get a FREE surprise gift 🎁. The Rs. 300 is deducted from your total, so you pay the rest on delivery. It also helps us avoid fake orders.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free on orders over Rs. 2,500.

How long does a personalised piece take?

Personalised orders are usually delivered within 5–7 days.

Can I design my own jewellery?

We personalise our existing designs with your name, initials or Arabic letter. We don't make fully custom designs from scratch.

How do I make sure my name is spelled correctly?

Type the name exactly as you want it in the personalisation box on the product page. We will confirm the details with you in chat before making your piece.
