Refund Policy

📹 Important: please record a video while unboxing your parcel. An unboxing video is required for any claim. Without it, we cannot accept a claim.

Problems with your order

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please WhatsApp us at 0332 0240674 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and your unboxing video. We will review it and help you with a replacement, exchange or refund.

No problem, no return

We do not accept returns or exchanges if there is no problem with the item. This applies to all items, personalised or not.

Return delivery

The customer pays the delivery charges for sending an item back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer or Easypaisa, whichever you prefer.

Rs. 300 advance

The Rs. 300 advance is deducted from your total on delivery. If you cancel your order, the Rs. 300 advance is not refunded. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund it.
