This website is operated by Zewaratwali. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We try to show our products and colours as accurately as possible; small differences in colour or finish may appear because of screens and lighting. Prices and products may change without notice.

Orders and payment

We accept Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. A Rs. 300 advance confirms your order; it is deducted from your total and you pay the rest on delivery. We may cancel orders that look fake or that we cannot confirm.

Personalised items

We personalise our existing designs with your name, initials or Arabic letter. Please check your personalisation carefully; we confirm the spelling with you before making your piece. Personalised items are made to order.

Returns

Problems must be reported within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video. We do not accept returns or exchanges if there is no problem with the item, and the customer pays return delivery charges. If you cancel your order, the Rs. 300 advance is not refunded. See our Refund Policy for details.
